The Consulting Process
I understand small business, but most importantly, I understand what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur.
What I will help you with:
Ready
You will start with homework, by filling out a custom created intake assessment on where you are, and where you want to go.
Set
We will have our first consultation to review the completed assessment and my 7 F’s philosophy. Then, we will select a pathway(s) in which you want to work in.
Go
We will complete the pathway(s) together, in a package of 3, 5 or 10 consulting sessions.

Create a course for this year with a word of the year, goal setting and accountability!

Where to start?
You have an idea, but you have no idea how to start or how operate a small business. We will review a business strategy, create a business blueprint and develop a mission statement and company core values. We will also focus on relationship building strategies and get your logo, graphics, headshots and website into action!
Identity Crisis
You feel that you have lost yourself amid running your small business and/or in your professional role. We will work on everything from rebuilding your identity, to enhancing it through wardrobe and mental and physical health.
Goal Setting & Accountability
We will develop realistic, measurable goals and develop an accountability strategy for the 12 months!
Building a Team
We will develop the skills it takes to build a team who will then build YOUR business. Based on the fundamental thinking of a strong team can deliver a strong product and if you take care of your employees, they will take care of your clients, we will work on hiring strategies, management techniques and develop a team-building platform.
Creating a Brand
The strength of a brand is based on the strength and consistency of YOU. We will review the fundamentals from creating a vision through execution. This will include personal development, team development and involving referral partners for graphics, marketing, etc!
Growth Mindset
You are ready to grow personally AND professionally, multiply your businesses, increase your revenue and dominate your industry. You will learn how to challenge yourself daily and reward yourself with joy often. You will develop a growth mindset built around consistency.

If you need it, you will receive it!
Danielle will set you up with any referral partner you may need! Through the assessments and consultations, Danielle will identity the holes in your business, then teaming you up with her referral partners to help you build a strong foundation for success! Referral partners include: graphic designer, website designer, photographer, wardrobe consultant, franchise consultant, business coach, therapist, personal trainer, nutritionist, and marketing professionals.

What type of payments do you accept?
Payments will be accepted through Zelle, Venmo or check.
Who do I make checks out to?
Checks can be made to Divergence Enterprises.
Do we meet virtually or in person?
Consulting can be coordinated virtually or in-person!
When do I pay for services?
All packages will be paid up front upon contract signing.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations within 24 hours of a consultation will be billed a $50 cancellation fee.
