The first F is for FORWARD.
Forgive yourself for your past and stay Future Focused. Those doors have closed for a reason, and they have brought you to exactly where you are supposed to be.
- Focus on the next doors you will open. Create vision boards, choose a word of the year, and consistently work on yourself.
- Set aside time to travel… today.
- Fantasize about your accomplished goals and the rewards daily.
- On a tough day, these Future Focused thoughts will pull you out of the hole.
Your personal growth affects and elevates those around you. Don’t leave personal growth on the table. Table your past.
Every day is a fresh start with new opportunities.
You must be in therapy. Successful people have a team of professionals holding them accountable and pushing their limits of personal growth.
